Alcides is retired police officer with the Peruvian National Police. During his tenure he was assigned to develop a project that worked with street boys. Taking an old abandoned police training facility in Lucre, Alcides founded Colibri, a home for orphaned and abandoned boys living in the streets of Cusco, Peru.
Rosita is the Director for Colombia for Generations Humanitarian. She has a social work degree and works part time for the Colombian Institute for Family Welfare (ICBF). She was reared in Tolima, Colombia and has two sons in college.
Sandra serves as the director of the Espinal Drop-in Center, in Espinal, Tolima, Colombia. She has a degree in business administration and does the accounting for our Colombian chapter. She has two children.
Jaime has worked for more than 17 years directing micro-enterprise and rural development projects in Perú, Bolivia, México, Ecuador and the Philippines with expertise in strategy, budgets, personnel, training, project design, evaluation, and conflict management.
